Provisions for the Supervision of Drug Manufacturing

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1. Provisions for the Supervision of Drug Manufacturing, in accordance with the Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations for Implementation of the Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Drug Administration Law and the Regulations for Implementation of the Drug Administration Law), are enacted to strengthen the supervision and administration of drug manufacturing.
